Long-term rentals in Benidorm: how it works

Can I rent an apartment in Benidorm for 3 months?

Yes. One-, three- and six-month stays are the most common on Elvestay. You pay the monthly rate shown on the listing and sign a seasonal contract for the exact dates.

Which contract do I sign?

A seasonal tenancy contract under article 3.2 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU). It is generated automatically from your booking and signed by owner and tenant before check-in.

How is the price calculated?

Stays of 30 nights or more are charged at the listing’s monthly rate, which is lower than the sum of nightly rates. Shorter stays use the nightly rate. You see the total before you book.

Can I spend the winter in Benidorm with Elvestay?
